Our Story
Pediatric Rehab by Wellness Care Centers is a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation facility, serving children with a variety of diagnoses from birth through 21 years. Medicaid recognizes our facility as a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF).
Pediatric Rehab began almost 10 years ago, and our services are available at all 4 of our locations. We have a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

For your convenience, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurances, and private pay.
Developmental Milestones
As your child grows, they will achieve specific goals at certain ages that are crucial for their development. These are known as "developmental milestones." For instance, milestones include taking their first step, smiling for the first time, and waving "bye-bye." Children reach these milestones in the ways they play, learn, speak, act, and move, and you'll notice children reaching these milestones daily. Although each child develops at their own pace, most children achieve developmental milestones around the same age.

Red Flags
Red flags are warning signs that something might be wrong with a child's development or health. They can be physical, behavioral, or communication related, and the more red flags a child has, the more serious the situation could be. If you notice any red flags in your child, it's important to talk to your pediatrician.
